Booking Team Reply
Booking team replys to confirm name, contact number, email, karaoke session, number of prople, arriving time (Special requirement if needed).
Complete Reservation
Link sent by booking team to pay deposite, please enter name and reservation date as reference.
Confirmation
Deposite paid, double confirmation sent by booking team, we reserve the room only when we receive the deposite. Booking can be RESCHEDULED or CANCELLED 48 HOURS in advance, otherwise we would NOT get your deposit back.
Arrival Time
Session will start counting from the reserved booking schedule, we cannot alter your schedule due to your lateness. Same charges will apply regardless of lateness and cancellation within the group.
Booking Policy
We DON’T ALLOW any bringing-in food or drinks from outside ‘Galaxy’. We will CHARGE for any consumption of outside food or beverages. Food will be charged £100 and beverages will be charged £128.

Caught doing Any Use Of Drugs in ‘Galaxy’ will be reported to the police with CCTV recorded evidence.
Penalty for being caught smoking indoor of the venue is £100.
We will not be in charge of irresponsible drinking, puking in the venue will result in a cleaning fee of £30.
We have the right to refuse sale of alcohol to those who seem intoxicated or is too drunk.
For those coming for karaoke booking must bring a valid ID for proof of age and we are not allowed to sell alcohol to any person under the age of 18 years
10% SERVICE CHARGE applies to room fee and to all food and drinks at the venue.
