- “Yuki guni” (Snow Country) refers to a cocktail created by Japanese cocktail master Ichiyama Keiichi, named “Snow Country” (Yukiguni). This cocktail was inspired by the same-named novel “Snow Country” by Japanese author Yasunari Kawabata, aiming to symbolize the snowy scenery with its white color.
