Booking & Extra Time
Can I extend my booking?
Yes, extensions are possible depending on availability. The fee is per hour: £40 for small rooms, £60 for medium rooms, and £80 for large rooms. Our staff will confirm with you near the end of your session, or you can request an extension at least 10 minutes before your booking finishes.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. Most packages require £100, while deposits may vary for minimum spend bookings. The deposit will either be deducted from your final bill or fully refunded at the end of your session upon request.
Can I change the number of guests after booking?
Yes, please let us know at least three hours before your visit. Charges are based on the room, not per person, so any number within the room’s capacity is fine. For example, if you book a small room (up to 8 guests), it is acceptable to arrive with 4 or 8 guests, and the fee will remain the same.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome. However, we recommend checking availability in advance via WhatsApp or by calling us directly.
Rooms & Facilities
How many people can each room hold?
We have five rooms in total: two small rooms (up to 8 people each), one medium room (up to 15 people), and two large rooms (up to 20 people).
Exceeding the recommended capacity may result in a cramped environment and is not advised.
Are the rooms air-conditioned, and do you provide Wi-Fi?
Yes, all rooms are fully air-conditioned and include sofas, Wi-Fi, and multi-charging cables for your comfort.
What songs are available?
Our system supports 18 languages and includes hundreds of thousands of songs, plus access to SmartTube for even more options. While we do not provide an online searchable song list, our staff are happy to help you find specific songs on request.
Can I bring my own playlist or videos?
We do not support the use of personal songs, playlists, or video files, and screen-casting or external media playback is not permitted. Our system already includes a wide music selection across multiple languages.
Can I decorate the room?
Yes, decorations are allowed as long as they do not damage the walls or equipment. Please note that confetti, glitter, and adhesive materials are not permitted. A £100 cleaning fee may apply if the policy is violated.
If you wish to have room decoration services, please note that these are only available in the party package (£358, £528, £688).
Are we allowed to dance inside the room?
For safety reasons and to prevent potential damage to the room structure, dancing or jumping is not recommended.
Light movement is fine, but please avoid standing on furniture or engaging in actions that may pose risks.
Do the rooms have a minimum spend?
Depending on the room size and booking time, some reservations may require a minimum spend (especially for large groups or party bookings).

How good is the soundproofing? Will we be disturbed?
Our rooms are fitted with sound-absorbing materials.
To ensure the best singing experience for everyone, the door must remain closed while singing.
Is there a charge if someone vomits inside the room?
Yes. If a guest vomits inside the room or in any indoor area, a £30 cleaning fee will be applied.
This fee covers additional professional cleaning, sanitisation, and odour treatment.
We have security cameras on-site and will verify the incident based on actual footage when necessary.
Food & Drinks
Do you offer vegetarian or halal options?
Yes, please let us know your requirements when booking. We provide vegetable and chicken dishes for halal diets, as well as seafood options. Although the same kitchen equipment is used, utensils are cleaned thoroughly between dishes.
Can we bring our own food or birthday cake?
Yes, you are welcome to bring a cake. We can store it and serve it during your session.
No outside food or drinks allowed.
Consumption of outside items will be charged: £50 (food) / £100 (drinks).
Do you have sharing platters or set menus?
Yes, we offer a range of platters and packages. Please check our menu page for the latest options.
Do you serve non-alcoholic cocktails?
Yes, we have a variety of non-alcoholic cocktails available.
Do we need to pre-order food?
No, you can order on the spot. For large groups, we recommend pre-ordering some dishes from WhatsApp.
Can you adjust dishes for allergies or dietary needs?
Yes, please notify us in advance. We will try our best, though some items cannot be fully modified.
Pricing & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and selected mobile payments. Please note that American Express is not accepted.
Do you charge a service fee?
Yes, a 10% service charge applies and will be clearly shown on your bill.
Can we split the bill?
We encourage one person to make the full payment. Bill-splitting is possible, but please inform us in advance.
Our in-room ordering system allows each guest to place orders from their own phone, so we can track individual items and costs to help divide the bill.
Please note that if guests leave early without settling their share, the remaining balance will fall to others. To ensure fairness, always confirm your payment method with our staff before checkout.
What is the Minimum Spend?
The Minimum Spend is the minimum amount your group needs to spend during your booking. It can be used toward food and drinks.
Is the deposit refundable?
A full refund is available when cancellation is made 72 hours in advance.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend due to illness or the death of a family member, we can reschedule your appointment for another time.
Do we need to pay in full when booking?
No. Only the deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is paid at the venue.
If our group becomes smaller, does the price change?
The deposit and room price do not change if the number of guests decreases.
Location & Transport
Where is the nearest station?
The nearest station is Elephant & Castle, less than a 15-minute walk from our venue.
Is there parking nearby?
We do not have private parking, but there are public street parking spaces nearby.
Some areas have paid parking or time restrictions—please check local signs.
Is the venue accessible for wheelchair users?
The entrance has steps, so full wheelchair accessibility is limited.
If assistance is needed, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to help.
Is the area safe?
Walworth Road is a busy, well-lit area with many shops and generally safe.
We still recommend keeping personal belongings secure at night.
Policies & Safety
What is your age policy?
Guests aged 18+ may enter freely and purchase alcohol.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and cannot consume alcohol.
If there are more than 6 minors at the party, the party must end before 10:30 PM.
If the party consists entirely of minors, only one adult guardian is required.
Are there age restrictions?
We are family- and child-friendly. Age restrictions only apply to alcohol consumption.
Is there CCTV in the venue?
Yes, CCTV is in place for safety reasons. Footage is not shared externally.
Can I bring pets?
Pets are not permitted. If you have a special circumstance, please contact us in advance.
(Our speakers are quite loud and can be disturbing to pets. If you’re an animal lover, you’ll understand.)
What happens if I lose an item?
Please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help locate it. However, we cannot take responsibility for items left, stored, or lost on the premises.
Can we smoke inside?
No, smoking traditional tobacco is not permitted. However, e-cigarettes are allowed.
What happens if the room or equipment is damaged?
If damage is caused intentionally or through misuse, repair fees may apply.
Please handle microphones, remotes, furniture, and decorations with care.
Are filming and photography allowed?
You may freely film and take photos inside your own room.
Professional or commercial shooting requires prior approval.
