As the marketing manager here at Galaxy London, I spend most of my days coming up with party ideas, writing fun copy, and occasionally getting a little too inspired by our BBQ ribs (only for research, of course). But something special happened recently that made me stop and think. A lovely woman—we’ll call her Emily—sent us a message. She wanted to book one of our Karaoke Rooms for her own birthday.
